You Didn't Marry the Wrong Person. You're Just Bad at Marriage.

Marriage is a Skill and You Can LEARN IT!

Reader,

There was a time when we were horrible at marriage.

We didn’t know how to communicate with each other, we brought baggage and mistrust into our relationship and our intimacy wasn’t where it needed to be.

And, like many couples, we could have looked at those problems and started wondering whether we had married the wrong person.

Instead, we surrendered ourselves to biblical marriage teaching.

That’s when we learned something that changed how we looked at our relationship:

Marriage is a skill.

That means marriage is something you can learn.

You can learn how to communicate better, how to understand your spouse’s perspective, how to trust, and how to build a vision for your marriage so you know what you’re working toward together.

That’s what we had to do.

Years later, we’re now teaching other couples the same principles that helped us grow.

That’s also why we created the Master Your Marriage Challenge, built around four areas we believe are important for a strong marriage: Communication, Trust, Intimacy, and Vision.

The goal is to help you learn practical skills you can actually use in your marriage.

So, before you decide that you married the wrong person, take a moment to ask yourself:

Have we actually learned how to be married?

Reply to this email and tell us which area of marriage you and your spouse most need to grow in right now: communication, trust, intimacy, or vision.
